1.    ELECTRONIC CONTRACT FORMATION

1.1 The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
(a) You place your order for products on the Website by pressing the order confirmation button at the end of the checkout process.
(b) We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation and does not constitute an acceptance by the Company of your order.
(c) Upon despatch of your order from our warehouse, we will send you an order confirmation email. Acceptance of the order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
1.2 The details of your specific contract will not be filed by the Company.
1.3 The contract will be concluded in English.
 
2.    PRICES
2.1 The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the Website. If, by mistake, the price which appears on the Website is not the correct price for a particular product, we are not obliged to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before the product is despatched to you.
2.2 All prices stated on the Website are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT.
2.3 Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of VAT payable. If this occurs, you will be notified and requested to reconfirm your order at the amended price.
 
3.    AVAILABILITY
3.1 The purchase of products displayed on the Website is subject to availability and we shall not be liable to you in the event that we are unable to supply a product to you.
 
4.    PAYMENT
4.1 The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the applicable delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of these terms and conditions.
4.2 Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
(a) Visa Debit/Credit Cards
(b) MasterCard Debit/Credit Cards
(c) Paypal

4.3 Authority for payment must be given at the time that you place your order. You will not be charged for products until they are despatched to you.

4.4 All card payments are processed by our selected merchant bank services or Paypal for a commission fee which is included in the cost of your purchase.
 
5.    CANCELLATION
5.1 You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the date of order of the products by contacting our customer service team.
5.2 If a product has already been despatched to you before you notify us that you wish to cancel the order, you must return the product to us in accordance with our Returns procedure.
 
6.    LEGAL NOTICE
Your statutory rights are protected when you purchase via this website, applicable based upon English Law.
